Welcome to the client portal for TouchingTrees Counseling and Relationship Services! If you are an existing client, please complete or edit your registration so you can receive secure emails, create a journal, schedule or reschedule appointments, and complete 2020 forms. You will be able to create your own username and password.
The 2020 forms include registration information, the Informed Consent for Therapy, the Notice of Privacy Practices, and the WHODAS. The Biopsychosocial form is optional, but feel free to fill it out if you'd like.
Whenever possible, we will also schedule in session, but you are free to use the system to schedule or reschedule appointments up to 60 days in advance.
